She brings her connection to her culture alongside her decades of lived experience to creating opportunities for other Indigenous people and PWLE. She currently manages and runs peer programming in Vancouver’s DTES. Kevin Parker is a Black Canadian man currently creating and running one of BC’s largest harm reduction and housing centres. Kevin brings decades of lived experience to his work, while creating space for other PWLE to make meaningful and valued systems change. Tara Taylor is a white settler working in the field of community engagement and development with a focus on harm reduction and community well being. Vikki Reynolds (PhD RCC) is a white settler and activist/therapist who works to bridge the worlds of social justice activism with community work and therapy. The majority of Vikki’s work is shouldering up workers responding to oppression and suffering. We work collectively on the stolen traditional and ancestral homelands of the Xwmeθkweyem (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), and Selílwetaʔ (Tsleil-Waututh) nations. e ’e e e e rachel plamondon-assu & kevin parker
